If you have been charged with either a felony or a misdemeanor, you could face substantial jail time, fines and forfeiture of certain property. Loss of liberty can be catastrophic to a family and their loved ones, not to mention the individual.

My office handles all classes of felonies and misdemeanors in state and federal court. Each criminal case is different, and we give each case careful attention, focusing on the law as it applies to the charge, possible defenses to the charges and lesser offenses which may be appropriate. Of course, if possible, our goal is to have the charges dismissed entirely. My experience as a military policeman in the Marine Corps, degree in Police Administration and 16 years of experience in the criminal courts give me a unique perspective on the criminal justice system that can benefit you.
